Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) before shipment. This does not include weekends, holidays, or transit time. During high-volume periods or new releases, processing may take slightly longer. We'll keep you updated if this happens.
 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS & UPS depending on your location and the most reliable option available.

For US customers, most orders ship from our OH hub for faster delivery.

International orders ship from Hanoi, Vietnam and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your country and customs processing times.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We use the most economical shipping method unless you request expedited shipping. Any cost difference between standard and expedited shipping is your responsibility.
 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.

Delivery times vary by country, please allow 2-4 weeks for international orders.
 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

If you catch a mistake before we ship, contact us immediately via Instagram DM (@craftsbyzinn) and we'll try to update it if there's still time.
 

Backorders & Delays

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you with an estimated restock date. Orders with multiple items may ship separately or be held until all items are available. Let us know your preference.
