Payment Policy

At CraftsByZinn, all prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full before an order is processed or shipped.

We currently accept payments via PayPal (Goods & Services) and Wise. PayPal offers a secure checkout experience with buyer protection, while Wise provides an alternative payment option with competitive transfer fees for eligible customers.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized. If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may be delayed or canceled.

For Limited Edition and preorder items, payment is collected at the time the order is placed to reserve your item. Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be modified or canceled unless otherwise stated.
