At CraftsByZinn, we are committed to offering authentic Sonny Angel collectibles while keeping shipping costs as fair and affordable as possible. As a collector-owned business, we carefully plan our fulfillment process to ensure every order is handled with care from start to finish.

To provide the best balance between affordability and reliable delivery, all orders require approximately 10–14 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment. During this time, products are carefully sourced, inspected, consolidated, and prepared for international transit.

Regular Series items that are in stock may be fulfilled more quickly, while Limited Edition and selected special releases are sourced directly from our trusted suppliers in Asia before being shipped to the United States. To help reduce international shipping costs, we consolidate customer orders into scheduled shipments, which are typically dispatched once a month or every two weeks during periods of higher order volume.

International shipments to our U.S. fulfillment partner generally take 3–5 business days. Once the products arrive, every order is carefully inspected, securely packed, and shipped to customers within the United States via USPS. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your package has been dispatched.

Shipping fees are calculated per order and start from $9 USD, depending on the total size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements of your purchase. Larger or heavier orders may require additional shipping charges. By consolidating shipments before forwarding them to our U.S. fulfillment partner, we are able to offer more competitive shipping rates while ensuring every collectible is packed safely and delivered with care.

We truly appreciate your patience and support. As a small collector-owned business, every order means a great deal to us, and we are committed to keeping you informed throughout every stage of your order until it safely arrives at your doorstep.
